I want to personally thank each and every one of my customers for your dedication and business for our company to service your home and or business, it is with a difficult decision that has been made to close our company for good.

Although we worked hard to provide excellent results and customer service, we have had more than enough issues with the market being flooded with fellow pressure washing businesses and we are a small company so it is hard to compete with the competitors who are able to afford to get the marketing costs reduced and customer base than we could.
So, it is hard to say this, but we are officially closed permanently due to these situations and current events of the economy. With all of that said, I want to thank you for your loyalty and business. If you need another reputable company to service your home or business, please email me and I will refer you at no cost.

About Bowden Exteriors
Pressure washing with years of experience
We started back in 2010 as a contractor for a company that specialized in pressure cleaning residential and commercial properties. From 2010 to 2016 we had the opportunity to learn the skills and the trade of pressure washing to a science, with one thing in mind, power cleaning.
Whether it was brick pavers or pool decks to house washes we did it and enjoyed every minute of getting that satisfaction of something dirty to looking new and clean again. So fast forward to 2019, I wanted to open up my own business in the Lockhart Florida area to service the greater Orlando and surrounding areas to accommodate customer demand and needs.
However at this time COVID-19 had struck the nation and it was very hard to get started at that time for a small business. So in December of 2022 I decided to submit and file the paperwork to the State of Florida Business Commerce to open a business that I had a lot of knowledge in and knew the trade very well.
And here we are now years in the making servicing customers like you to keep their property and home looking fresh and new again.
